I chose medicine as my profession so I could have the privilege of improving my patient's overall cardiovascular health and well-being.  My goal will always be to prevent disease but when that is not possible, it is important to provide my patients with the necessary medications, tests, and procedures needed to control their disease and improve their long-term health.
